What is Bildirt CMP?
Bildirt Cookie Management Platform (CMP) is a technical infrastructure that enables your website to manage user consent in compliance with data protection regulations. It ensures explicit user consent is obtained, recorded, and technically enforced in accordance with KVKK, GDPR, and similar regulations.
Bildirt CMP does more than just display a banner. It manages the default consent state based on user preferences, conditionally controls script execution, transmits Google Consent Mode V2 signals, and logs all consent processes as proof. Regional behavior rules can also be applied if needed.
This structure ensures both legal and technical compliance.
Setup Process
Bildirt CMP can be activated in a few steps.
1. Create an Account and Add an Application
After logging into the Bildirt dashboard:
- Click the Create New Application button.
- Select Cookie Management (CMP) as the product type.
- Enter your domain address.
- Save.
2. Add the Installation Code to Your Website
After creating the application, a unique installation script is generated for you.
- Go to the relevant application in the dashboard.
- Navigate to the Installation / Integration section.
- Copy the script code.
- Add it just before the </head> tag of your website.
Note: The script must run on all pages.
3. Default Banner is Automatically Activated
- The default banner is automatically published.
- The default consent state operates as “denied”.
- Advertising and analytics scripts are not triggered without user consent.
4. Customize the Banner Design (Optional)
- You can change colors.
- You can adjust button layout.
- You can edit the preference panel.
- You can enable multi-language support.
5. Start Cookie Scanning
- Go to the Cookie Scanner section.
- Click the Start Scan button.
- The system analyzes cookies and categorizes them.
Setup Completed
- User consents are recorded.
- Consent logs are stored.
- Scripts run based on consent status.
- A compliance-ready infrastructure is activated.
